REBORN memo paper

ok...my friend(which is a staff from SMASH..XD) asked me to do a message for Kiuchi-san(seiyuu of Ryohei in Reborn)..
and told me to draw sth too...so....i did this layout
and....i post it in a printable size(A6, if im rite), so u guys can download the original size and use it as writing memo...or whatever you like..XD
